All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on work completed. No refunds for digital deliverables or subscriptions after work begins.
All work remains SMB property until full payment. After payment, ownership transfers unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties must protect confidential information. NDA available on request.

Internships are unpaid unless stated otherwise.
SMB is not liable for loss of profits, data, interruptions, or errors due to client-provided information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
